DYSU #46 - A Splash of Blue

Good Morning All,
Is it really Thursday again - where are the weeks going??  Well, seeing as it is, that means time for another challenge over at  Do You Stack Up?   This week, we have a colour theme for you - we want to see a Splash of Blue on your creations.

We have three fabulous sponsors this week ...........

Mami Doodles - 4 digital images

Robyn's Fetish - Winner’s Choice of EITHER 5 digital stamps OR 4 digital stamps and 1 paper pack

Rainbow Echo Designs - Winner's choice of 4 digi sentiment sets

For this week's challenge, I got to play with this beauty called "Mother Nature" from Mami Doodles. Ain't she gorgeous!!  I kept the card really simple as I wanted to highlight the image, using literally a splash of blue!! (and of course some flesh colours). I created some texture with embossed panels and flowers and completed the card using a strip of lace, nestability circle, pearly buckle and some gems. Oh and some blue matting.

Close-up shot!!

Inside shot!!

Medium - Promarkers
Embossing folders - Budding Vine from Craft Concepts and Swirls (I think that's what it's called) from Cuttlebug
Flowers - cut on my Cricut
Spellbinders Nestability - Lacey Circles
Lace, gems, buckle and cardstock - stash

The rest of my Teamies have created some gorgeous projects (as per) to inspire you this week, so I really hope you will pop on over to DYSU and take a look. Hopefully, we will have inspired you enough to enter the challenge  :0)

Thank you so much for looking.
Big Hugs
Denise xx

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Creative Card Challenges - Minimalistic
My Time to Craft #166 - Take Two (flowers)
Crafts & Me #61 - Simple
Divas by Design #15 - Monochromatic
