DDSC #70 - Sketch

Back again - this time with my DT card for Digi Doodle Shop Challenges where we have a lovely, simple sketch for you this week.

My card showcases this gorgeous Geisha Girl image which you can find in the Shop - here.

I did not want to paper piece this image as I feel sometimes it can look a bit flat so I added the floral design on her dress, parasol and the fans myself. The fans have been covered with Glossy Accents and then stuck onto the image. The flowers were a lot larger but I cut them down to fit the card.

and the inside of the card

We would love for you to join us this week - my teamies have created some gorgeous cards to inspire you and there is a really special offer running all month long in the shop with some great savings on all digis. So what are you waiting for and don't forget, if you use a Digi Doodle Shop image, you get a second entry - how good is that? :0)

Recipe:
Colouring medium - Promarkers and white gel pen
Paper - Joanna Sheen CD - Elegant Fans
Ribbon, Flowers, Brads, Cardstock - stash
Sentiment - Craftwork Cards
Fans - digi image from my computer stash

Thanks for looking
Hugs
Denise xx

I am entering this card into:

Beautiful card Denise. Lovely colours and image - her dress looks fab. For paper piecing, I've started adding a bit of shading using pencils to avoid that 'flat' look. Lisa x

Love all the detailing on her dress. Somehow, adding my "own" details like that seem very intimidating and yours are beautiful. Thanks for joining us at For Fun Challenges this week!
