The Tilda Obsession Continues!!!

Hi All

Last nights blog said that we were going to put the LOTV baby boy card on next but I have beat my Mum to the post by using this one!!

I love this image and have coloured it using Distress Inks (thanks Kim!!), My obsession is getting worse, I was not happy having a few inks so I had to go and buy the whole set!!!

The papers I have used are Bo Bunny (my favorite papers!)

Flowers are from Crafts U Love and Wild Orchid Crafts and I have glittered the wings using a blue stickles.

As with a lot of our cards it has been finished with a "made with love" charm.

Sorry if I have waffled, I'm new to blogging and probably have said far too much!!!

Hope you like the card and would love to receive your comments.

With Love

Sweet Baby Girl

Just a quick post tonight. Wanted to add this lovely baby girl to the blog. She is a LOTV design and I think she is just the cutest with her little pram and toys!

A very simple card that has been coloured using Distress Inks and matted on some papers in our stash - can't remember who they are by - sorry. The image has been glittered as has the edges of the mats. The card has been finished with ribbon and button embellishments.

Close up view of the stamped design.

Will post the baby boy next time!!
Keep on enjoying what you do!!

Tilda Obsession

Just cannot get enough of the lovely Tilda stamps!!

We went out on Saturday buying more (the Bank Manager is going to have a breakdown) lol !! We visited Crafts U Love and had a lovely couple of hours perusing their gorgeous stock and meeting the lovely Kim Piggott. What an artistic lady she is. Her cards are truly inspiring - they look wonderful on her blog but even better in the flesh. Thank you Kim for further inspiring us. Here are a couple more images of one of the cards we made last weekend. This one again has been coloured using Distress inks and embellished with flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. We have added some self adhesive pearls around the image and hung a silver coloured heart charm from the flower at the top. This reads "Made With Love" - picked these up at Crafts U Love. The message tag is from Craftwork Cards.

Yes, once again it is an easel card - think this is such a nice design of card and a bit more interesting than your normal landscape or portrait style. Shall probably be making this type for a long time to come!!!!

That's all for now.

Welcome Louise.....

As I am such a lazy blogger, my daughter Louise has decided to join me on my blog..... Below are some images of one of the cards we have spent the weekend making together.

It is an easel card stamped with the lovely Tilda Ballerina image and coloured with Distress Inks. The flower and heart pin embellishments are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The leaves are some we picked up at Hobbycraft. The image and flowers have been highlighted with Stickles glitter glue.

We would love to receive your comments.

'til next time........Happy Crafting
